You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We take data privacy seriously. Personal health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII) collected through our service is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including HIPAA where applicable.

5. Compliance Responsibility

While our service helps facilitate adverse event reporting, the ultimate responsibility for FDA compliance remains with your organization. You are responsible for reviewing all reports before submission to the FDA and for meeting all regulatory deadlines.

6. Subscription & Payment

Our service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Data Retention

Reports and associated data are retained according to FDA requirements (typically 6 years for cosmetics, 3 years for small businesses). You may configure retention periods in your account settings.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Submit false or fraudulent reports
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed regulatory deadlines, data loss, or FDA penalties.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
